Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Monarch Distillery purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided:

The bottle is unopened and in its original condition

You contact us at support@monarchdistillery.co.nz before returning

Return shipping costs are at your expense
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We are unable to accept returns on opened bottles.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@monarchdistillery.co.nz with a description and photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Your rights under New Zealand law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
If a product is faulty or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the timeframes above.
