We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Main centres (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch): 1–3 business days

Regional and rural areas 3–5 business days
Please note that rural delivery addresses may incur additional transit time and, in some cases, an additional rural delivery surcharge calculated at checkout.
Delivery requirements — important
All alcohol deliveries require a signature from a person aged 18 years or over at the delivery address. If no eligible person is available to sign, our courier will leave a calling card and you will need to arrange redelivery or collection.
Monarch Distillery cannot accept responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered due to the absence of an eligible recipient.
Courier
We ship via NZ Post. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, public holidays, or events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@monarchdistillery.co.nz
